Item Return Process Instructions

1. Preparing the item for return

  • Please make sure the item is in the same condition it was delivered to you – intact, with tags and in its original packaging, if applicable.

2. Download and complete the return form

3. Packing the parcel

  • Place the returned item and the completed returns form in the package.

4. Sending the package

  • Send the package to the following address:

  • The cost of return is borne by the customer.

5. Time to return

  • You have 14 days from the moment you inform us of your withdrawal from the contract to return the parcel.

6. Refund

  • Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will refund your payment within 14 days. The refund will also include the cost of shipping your order at the lowest available shipping option.
